Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations, elevating guest experiences and driving financial success. You will guide departmental leaders, uphold brand standards, and act as the senior operational lead when the Hotel Manager is away.

We value a proactive, people-focused leader who can foster accountability, coach teams, and deliver continuous improvement across all departments and touchpoints with guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' senior management experience in a full-service hotel.
• Experience leading multiple departments incl Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance.
• Proven responsibility for labour management, payroll control and P&Ls.
• Experience leading recruitment, onboarding, retention and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support departmental managers across all operational areas.
• Act as the senior operational lead in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
• Ensure all departments consistently achieve brand standards, SOPs and quality audits.
• Drive a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement throughout the hotel.
