Searcys is opening a spectacular Knightsbridge venue in London and seeks an exceptional Hospitality Manager to join the opening team. You will oversee daily operations, set tone and standards across departments, and drive a seamless guest journey in a luxury setting.

The role requires extensive experience in luxury hospitality and leadership, with a focus on delivering personalised member experiences and managing commercial performance.

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, or high-end venues.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

Searcys are unveiling a spectacular new venue in the heart of Knightsbridge this year, set within one of London’s most prestigious and vibrant destinations, and are looking for an exceptionalHospitality Manager to join the opening team.

As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the venue, ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest journey. You will set the tone, culture, and standards across all departments.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £45,000 Yearly

10:00 - 20:00

Open 7 days a week
