Searcys is unveiling a spectacular new venue in Knightsbridge, London, and seeks an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join the opening team. You will lead daily operations, set the tone and standards across departments, and shape a premium guest journey.

In this opening role, you'll manage a high-end team, drive luxury service, and partner with the General Manager to deliver a cohesive, memorable experience for discerning members and guests.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, or high-end venues.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially astute with a hands-on approach.
• Polished, professional, and guest-focused.
• Strong understanding of the expectations of a high-net-worth clientele.
