A leading catering service provider in Camden Town is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to ensure high standards of food presentation and customer service. The ideal candidate will have catering experience and excellent communication skills. Join a diverse team dedicated to enriching lives through exceptional service. This position features a 32-hour work week from Monday to Thursday.

Job description

As a Hospitality Assistant you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the food & beverage presentation is to the highest standard
  • Ensure all Hospitality areas are always clean, well-presented and well-stocked
  • Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
  • Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
  • Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:00, 32 Hour Week

Requirements:

  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence
  • Focused on the front line
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Catering experience essential, Hospitality experience preferred
