Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated hospitality assistant for a permanent day role at Catchpole Court, Sudbury. You will deliver high-standard food and beverage service, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The role reports to the Hospitality Manager/Home Manager and requires strong communication and organisational skills. Salary is £13.45 per hour, with comprehensive induction, training and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality essential with substantial food and beverage service experience.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills required.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail are important for resident care and presentation.

About The Role

To ensure there is always a focus on ensuring excellent customer experience, by ways of presentation and food service within the home.
