Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare in Olney is seeking a hospitality team member to ensure exceptional customer experience through presentation and food service within our home. You will support clear communication, show enthusiasm, and work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of service for residents and visitors.

Reports to Hospitality/Home Manager and plays a key role in a welcoming, caring environment. This role offers opportunities to develop hospitality skills with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of hospitality essential with considerable experience in food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• An eye for detail.
