Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group in Olney, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a hospitality-focused role to ensure outstanding customer experience through top-notch food service within the home. The position offers permanent daytime shifts with pay of £13.45 per hour.

You will report to the Hospitality Manager/Home Manager and join a team dedicated to high standards of service for residents. Comprehensive induction and progression opportunities are provided as part of a supportive, values-driven employer.

About The Role

To ensure there is always a focus on ensuring excellent customer experience, by ways of presentation and food service within the home.

Skills and attributes

• Previous experience of hospitality essential with considerable experience in food and beverage service
• Possess excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills
• Have good organisational skills
• An eye for detail

The home's generously sized 66 bedrooms, all with an en-suite, are immaculately designed in bright, tasteful and contemporary colours.
