Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd invites applications for a Full-time hospitality role at Broadbridge Park, Horsham, a 71-bed nursing, dementia and residential care home. The position offers 36 hours per week and an hourly rate of £12.71, with a friendly, supportive team and ongoing training.

You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with meals, maintain dining areas, and build relationships with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.
