Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd is recruiting for a Hospitality Host at the Laverstock Care Centre in Salisbury. The role involves welcoming residents and visitors, assisting with meal service, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

You will contribute to a warm, homely atmosphere and work within a team focused on high standards of service and resident wellbeing. The position is full-time with a 40-hour week at the Laverstock Care Centre.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors by providing exceptional hospitality service.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas.
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.
