Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd in Horsham is seeking a Healthcare Assistant at Broadbridge Park. This permanent, full-time role (part-time hours also available) includes day and night shifts, with alternating weekends, to provide personalised care to residents at our 71-bed home.

You will work in a warm, supportive team, delivering compassionate care that respects dignity and independence, building relationships with residents and their families, and contributing to high standards of care and wellbeing.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
