£46,000 - £48,000 per annum, overtime available
Working Pattern
Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:30, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all hospitality services in the building, including 21 meeting rooms, 2 large meeting spaces, a hospitality brochure, à la carte restaurant, and a private dining room.
- Lead and support a team of 10 staff, including two Sous Chefs.
- Prepare meals such as breakfast, à la carte restaurant dishes, and finger foods.
- Serve between 30 to 500 people daily across meeting rooms, Talent Academy, large spaces, and the restaurant.
- Create and refine menus, keeping up with culinary trends, seasonal ingredients, and developing new recipes and dish concepts.
- Manage kitchen budget, oversee stock, and ensure resource efficiency to minimize costs.
- Lead kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to standards and effective training.
