Qualifications

• Experience in winning sales within hospitality or foodservice and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Resourceful, commercially minded and motivated to make things happen; comfortable in a small, growing business.
• Ability to take ownership and work closely with the founder to see impact.
• Passion for selling products with a clear purpose and helping hotels and restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and winning new hotel and restaurant accounts across London and the South East.
• Managing the sales process from initial approach and product demonstrations through to negotiation and close.
• Developing lasting relationships with customers and distribution partners to grow profitable, repeat business.
• Working with colleagues on sales forecasts, customer requirements and new opportunities.
• Bringing customer insight into wider activity, including marketing and product development.
