You’ll need energy, charm and an entrepreneurial mindset, with proven sales or business development experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles within hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a winning business development strategy.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and performance metrics.
• Create compelling proposals with sales and marketing teams.
