Hotel Gotham seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within the hospitality landscape. You will lead strategy development, build relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key industry players, and track performance metrics to expand our footprint.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to craft compelling proposals, represent Hotel Gotham at industry events, and travel as needed to maximize opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven communication, negotiation, time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
