Job summary

Bespoke Hotels in Newcastle is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for Hotel Gotham, our flagship venue, and elevate our hospitality brand.

You will develop winning strategies with corporate accounts, travel partners, and industry players, lead market research, and craft compelling proposals with Sales and Marketing teams; you’ll also attend industry events to build valuable relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role within hospitality.
• Proven communication, negotiation, time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attune yourself to the Hotel Gotham and Bespoke Hotels brands.
• Develop and execute a winning business development strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key industry players.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and performance metrics.
• Create compelling, creative proposals with your sales and marketing teams.
• Represent Hotel Gotham at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
