Heartwood Collection is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our cosy pubs or brasseries, driving guest experience and overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on fresh, seasonal food and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Clear track record of running a site and/ or fresh food restaurant and delivering training and support to managers and team members
• 2-3 years experience as General Manager, with knowledge of branded operations
