Greene King is seeking a General Manager in Bedford to lead a community pub, build a welcoming team, and drive exceptional customer experiences from the moment guests walk through the door.

You will recruit and develop your team, maintain brand standards and safety, manage the P&L, and collaborate with the business development manager to grow the business while promoting an inclusive, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• High standards and attention to detail in pub operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team.
• Business savvy with ability to monitor P&L and drive profitability.
• Commitment to guest experience and community engagement.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a personal license if required.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example and bring the Greene King brand to life through your team.
• Recruit and develop your team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Be prepared to acquire a personal license if not already obtained.
