Job summary

Greene King in Haywards Heath is seeking a General Manager to drive sales, lead a welcoming team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our community pub. You will recruit and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety for customers and colleagues while nurturing a vibrant, inclusive pub environment.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain a personal license or currently hold one.
High standards with strong attention to detail in running a busy pub.
Excellent communication and leadership skills across teams.

Responsibilities

Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
Lead by example to bring the Greene King brand to life through your team.
Recruit and develop your team to ensure customer delight.
Champion brand standards and keep customer and team safety a priority.
If not already held, obtain a personal license for the role.
