Job summary

The Harrogate Inn, part of Inn Collection Group, invites an experienced General Manager to lead the pub-with-rooms operation on Parliament Hill. You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen teams, drive guest satisfaction, and safeguard commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage budgeting, cost control and Labour planning, partner with the Operations Manager, and mentor senior staff. Occasional on-site night shifts and hands-on leadership are required to deliver memorable

• Budgeting, cost control and labour planning experience.
