The Inn Collection Group in the North of England and Wales operates coastal pubs with rooms. We are seeking a General Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive commercial performance while managing senior staff, budgets and operational standards.

You will work with the Operations Manager, oversee heads of department, and uphold ICG values, fostering growth, development and a supportive workplace culture on-site to ensure smooth night operations when required.
