Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting a General Manager in Training for Harvester. This 12-week induction program develops the skills to become a General Manager, with support from area managers and a structured training plan across multiple sites.

Successful trainees progress to General Manager roles or may be considered for Deputy or Assistant Manager positions based on performance and development needs. Driving and access to a vehicle are required for district coverage.
