MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is offering a General Manager in Training role within Premium Country Pubs. The 12-week induction will develop leadership and operational skills as you grow teams across multiple venues in your district.

You will drive performance, guest experience, and food and drink standards, with support from an area manager. Candidates should demonstrate leadership potential, be able to drive and travel between sites, and be ready for a developing career in hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership potential and track record of developing a team.
• Ability to drive and have access to own vehicle.
• Experience in hospitality management desirable.
• Willingness to work across multiple venues within a district.
