Mitchells & Butlers invites applications for a General Manager in Training across our Toby Carvery network in the North East. You will join a 12-week induction to develop leadership and operational skills, with a clear path to general management opportunities.

You'll drive teams, manage guest experiences, and support district operations while training. Successful candidates will show strong potential, flexibility for shifts, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Be a seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business.
• Experience as deputy manager, retail manager, store manager, catering manager or equivalent.
• Be able to drive to support business in your district whilst training.

Responsibilities

• Across your 12 weeks of training, you will build the tools to become an outstanding General Manager.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure food and drink are delivered to high standards and manage targets across your district.
• Support the business in achieving its performance goals.
