Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a General Manager in Training to lead a team and grow the business across multiple venues within the district. A comprehensive 12-week induction will develop the skills needed to progress to a General Manager role, with potential for Deputy or Assistant Manager positions based on performance.

The role requires driving across the district and owning transport, with a clear plan and support from an area manager.
