Job summary

Harvester is seeking a General Manager in Training in Guildford to lead a team across multiple sites during a 12-week induction. You will develop the skills to become a General Manager, with support from an area manager and a structured training plan.

The programme is designed for those with strong leadership potential who are ready to progress within Mitchells & Butlers and take on a business of your own or step into deputy/assistant roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and developing a business.
• Able to drive and travel to district businesses during training.
• Interest in progressing to General Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading operations across districts during 12-week training.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support the business to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
• Prepare to transition into a General Manager or senior leadership role.
