Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a General Manager in Training to lead a team across our Vintage Inns venues. You will undertake a 12-week induction designed to develop your leadership and operational skills, with progression opportunities to a General Manager role or deputy/assistant positions based on performance.

You’ll need strong people skills, be able to drive, and travel across a district to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Evidence of leading a team and developing a business.
• Experience in hospitality management is preferred.
• Must be able to drive to cover the district.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure guests are cared for and hosted for memorable moments.
• Support the business to deliver food and drink to a high standard.
• Work across multiple venues and strive to hit targets.
