Job summary

Hawksmoor is hiring a Waiter to deliver warm, confident and knowledgeable service on the restaurant floor. You’ll guide guests through the menu and drinks, work closely with the team and help create memorable dining experiences.

Previous waiting experience is helpful but not essential; full training is provided. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where guest comfort and hospitality standards matter.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to learn Hawksmoor standards and training provided.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service on the restaurant floor.
• Guide guests through the menu, drinks and wine list with confidence.
• Take orders accurately and ensure great communication with the kitchen and bar.
• Work as part of a close-knit team to keep service running smoothly.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle feedback with care and professionalism.
• Maintain Hawksmoor standards of service, presentation and hospitality.
