Base pay range

Hospitality Coach

Location: Remote (Milton Keynes / Silverstone / Newport Pagnell)

Salary: £30,600 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Our client, a prominent UK-based training provider, is seeking a Hospitality Coach to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training in the workplace. This role suits individuals with hospitality management experience who are passionate about mentoring and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver coaching sessions to apprentices at their workplaces, supporting them in meeting apprenticeship standards.
  • Motivate and guide learners toward achieving career-building qualifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of learner progress, targets, and achievements using a dedicated digital platform (training provided).
  • Collaborate with some of the UK’s most recognized hospitality employers.

Candidate Profile

  • Supervisory or managerial experience in a food and beverage environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Experience in delivering training within the hospitality sector.
  • Prior involvement with apprentices or apprenticeship programmes.
