Job Type: Full-Time (5 days per week including Saturdays)

Thom Sweeney is a modern British luxury tailoring house with a commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and personalised service. Our London Townhouse provides a unique retail and bespoke experience in a refined and welcoming environment.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organised individual to lead our in-store hospitality at the Thom Sweeney Townhouse. This role is central to the client experience, ensuring every visitor is welcomed with exceptional service and a sense of comfort and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and guests, offering a warm and professional welcome
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and a selection of drinks from our in-store bar
  • Curate a luxury hospitality experience aligned with the Thom Sweeney brand
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all client-facing areas
  • Manage and replenish hospitality and bar stock levels, placing orders as needed
  • Coordinate with the retail and tailoring teams to ensure seamless service during appointments
  • Work 5 days per week, including Saturdays, with some flexibility required around events

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or private member clubs preferred
  • Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
  • Confident, discreet, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable preparing and serving beverages including alcoholic drinks
  • Organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • A team player who understands the importance of discretion and client confidentiality
