Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Commercial Sales & Reservations Executive to join our team. You’ll work across sales, reservations, revenue and marketing, building relationships with corporate clients and converting enquiries.

You will learn the hotel industry while leveraging your existing commercial skills, attend networking events, and help optimise performance across our international portfolio.

Formación

• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Confident on the phone and in conversations with new contacts.
• Strong customer focus with good attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up potential clients or research businesses to target.
• Prepare corporate proposals and respond to enquiries.
• Convert enquiries and work with Front Desk to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage group and corporate bookings and ensure arrangements are in place for guests.
