Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to oversee a portfolio of London hotels. You will lead financial control, partner with hotel leadership and drive reporting, forecasting and governance across the portfolio.

You will own management accounts, budgets and performance metrics, challenging revenue and profitability while supporting growth initiatives. The role requires developing a regional finance team and improving processes to optimise operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or actively studying towards a qualification.
• Experience as Financial Controller, Cluster Financial Controller, Regional Finance lead or Finance Business Partner.
• Hotel, leisure or multi-site experience preferred.
• Confidence challenging and influencing senior operational stakeholders.
• A track record of improving financial performance, not just reporting on it.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, reporting tools and hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

Job description

An international hotel group is looking for a Regional Financial Controller to cover a portfolio of London hotels. The role reports to the Head of Finance.

The role combines financial control with business partnering. Youll own reporting, forecasting and governance across the portfolio and work closely with General Managers and Regional Operations to improve revenue, productivity and profitability.

What youll bring
