We are looking for a passionate and driven chef who thrives in fast-paced kitchens and takes genuine pride in delivering consistently high-quality food., As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a dedicated kitchen section within the hospitality operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining exceptional culinary standards.,
- Running a designated kitchen section during service
- Preparing and cooking dishes in line with agreed menus and specifications
- Delivering high-volume breakfast and lunch services without compromising quality
- Supporting multiple food concepts including counters, grab & go and hot food service
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, HACCP and allergen compliance standards
- Ensuring your section remains clean, organised and service ready at all times
- Supporting stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction initiatives
- Working closely with senior chefs and supporting junior team members

We are looking for a chef who combines strong technical ability with energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for food., Previous Chef de Partie experience within high-volume hospitality or contract catering environments - Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen management
