Heathland Court is part of Bupa UK and welcomes a Hospitality Assistant to join the evening and daytime service at the Wimbledon-area home. The role supports residents by serving meals, setting up dining areas, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.

Based at Heathland Court, you will work in a friendly team, with training provided and a focus on dignified, personalised care for residents. The position is on-site and offers a bank contract with flexible hours to cover mealtimes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or catering is beneficial.
• Training provided for the role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables in the restaurant.
• Serve meals at mealtimes.
• Prepare trays and provide room service when residents stay in their rooms.
• Keep restaurant and café clean and well maintained.
• Assist with other areas as required, such as serving meals to rooms or restocking resident kitchens.
