Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Food & Beverage Assistant to ensure warm, welcoming dining for residents, families and visitors. You will support meal service, dining area setup and cleanliness, working closely with hospitality and kitchen teams in our care homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals and refreshments to residents, families and visitors.
• Prepare dining areas and ensure they are clean, comfortable and inviting.
• Support day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home.
• Assist with kitchen duties as required.
