Job summary

• Ability to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards in and around the home.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support residents and the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all residents.
• Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times.
• Serving meals and drinks to residents in dining areas and rooms.
• Cleaning of the dining area to keep it tidy and presentable.
• Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives and visitors as required.
