We're currently recruiting a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to help ensure the smooth running of operations and deliver the best guest experience possible.

This role involves variable shifts, including some evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming guests
2. Taking orders and providing recommendations
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
5. Ensuring accurate preparation and quality
6. Handling orders from customers and servers
7. Delivering food and drinks efficiently
8. Managing cash and credit transactions
9. Managing tabs and record-keeping
10. Maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area
11. Cleaning glasses and restocking supplies
12. Managing inventory and checking IDs for age verification
13. Assisting with other bar duties and potentially serving food

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent customer interaction and issue resolution skills
• Knowledge of various drinks and preparation methods
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Accurate cash handling and tab management
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks
• Experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
• Ability to verify customer age and adhere to safety and food regulations
