Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

Your Role at Signature

Our Hospitality Assistants are responsible for maintaining the non-clinical areas of our home, ensuring a luxurious environment and excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

• In Housekeeping: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in residents' homes and communal areas, including laundry services.
• In Food & Beverage: Welcoming residents, explaining menu choices, serving food, and keeping the dining area clean. Resetting tables and preparing service areas.
• Supporting activities: Organising and delivering individual and group activities, participating in events like the summer fete, and assisting with outside activities such as shopping and appointments.

What We Offer

• Starting from £12.60 per hour
• Shift times: 07:00am-3:00pm and 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Full-time day shifts
• Up to 30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, depending on service length
