Job summary

Elior UK is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring accurate information on menus and specials to customers and clients.

The role emphasizes frontline customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with shifts scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00-16:00 and a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the food is to the highest standard.
• Ensure the kitchen area is always clean, well presented and well-stocked.
• Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and offers to provide relevant information to customers.
• Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Operate the till as required, following correct procedures.
• Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations and report any incidents.

What you'll be serving up...

As a Hospitality Assistant you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

• Ensure the food is to the highest standard
• Ensure the kitchen area is always clean, well presented and well-stocked
• Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
• Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Operate the till point as required, ensuring correct procedures are used
• Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
