Elior UK is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a team on a busy client site. You will mentor staff, ensure food safety and quality standards, manage forecasting, ordering and stock, and coordinate menu updates with chefs. The role requires strong communication with clients and suppliers to deliver excellent service.
You will drive events from proposal to delivery, identify improvements, and uphold KPI targets while fostering a proactive, service‑oriented culture.

Monday - Friday
There will be overtime for events therefore the Hospitality Manager must be flexible and able to work evenings as required by the business. Overtime is paid at time and a half if working in excess of 40 hours per week.
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate hospitality setting.
Own the client experience on the floor, ensuring service is consistently high, personal and seamless, while anticipating client needs.
Communicates clearly and confidently with the team, clients and key stakeholders. Manages expectations, keeps people informed and builds strong working relationships.
Takes ownership of the day-to-day operation, stays ahead of what needs to be done and uses time effectively. Spots opportunities, solves problems and continually looks at how we can elevate the client experience. Calm under pressure.
Leads by example, sets clear expectations and develops the team to deliver consistently high standards, creating a positive and proactive service culture.
