Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd in Benson is seeking a Hospitality Assistant at Benson House Nursing Home to deliver warm, attentive hospitality to residents and visitors. You will support meal service, maintain dining areas, and ensure dietary needs are met in a caring environment.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate, with ongoing training and a supportive team to help you develop a fulfilling career in social care and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors by providing exceptional hospitality service.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas.
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed.

• 70 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
• Full time; 40 hours per week
