Searcys is seeking a Hospitality Assistant for the Pump Room in Bath. You will provide exceptional service to guests and clients at events, maintaining the esteemed standard of Searcys throughout the venue.

The role operates seven days a week, with an hourly rate of £12.71 plus Tronc, and offers industry-leading benefits including discounts and pension enrolment. As part of the team, you will support food and drink service, campus-style operations, and ensure smooth delivery across all event

Responsabilidades

• Clean and polish all cutlery and glassware for the next event
• Prepare hospitality food and beverage requests for customers/clients/guests in designated spaces
• Work without supervision and take initiative over duties
• Serve guests with a genuine and positive demeanour, ensuring high-quality service
• Operate licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages
• Use coffee machines during shifts
• Assist with deliveries as required
• Ensure linens and equipment are counted and prepared for collection after events

Searcys are looking for Hospitality Assistant to join the team at the Pump Room in Bath.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing service excellence to our guests and clients on our events.

The Georgian Pump Room has been the social heart of Bath for more than two centuries, and boasts amongst its previous patrons Jane Austen and Charles Dickens.

Job Description

The Hospitality assistant will be supporting and monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guest and clearing throughout the event.

Job Type:0h hours Contract

7 days operation

Salary:£12.71 per hour plus Tronc.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and polish all cutlery and glasses/crockery for the next event
• Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guest in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner.
• To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed.
• To serve our guests with a genuine and positive demeanour. All service should be efficient and of the highest quality.
• To work on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages
• To be able to use coffee machines
• Assist with deliveries as required
• Preparation of all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and if not reporting this to your line manager
• Ensuring that any linen hired, and equipment hired for an event is counted and packed away for collection after the event.
