Job summary

The Macallan is seeking an apprentice to join our hospitality team, delivering luxury guest experiences and exceptional service at The Macallan Estate. You will work towards SVQ qualifications in Hospitality Services and Retail Skills SCQF level 5 as part of a rotational programme across our distillery experience teams.

Expect to develop product knowledge, maintain high service standards, assist with dining and bar service, and support stock and day-to-day operations in a premium hospitality

Qualifications

• Apprentice will work towards and complete SVQ in Hospitality Services at SCQF level 5 and SVQ Retail Skills SCQF level 5.
• Roles include delivering world class luxury guest experiences and customer service excellence.
• Rotational placement within The Macallan Distillery experience teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at The Macallan Estate.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Provide professional dining and bar service to a premium standard.
• Develop knowledge of The Macallan brand, products, menus and guest offerings.
• Support stock management, replenishment, ordering and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to create a world-class visitor experience.
