Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Experience of teaching or training in vocational or qualification-based programmes.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, assessment, and using digital learning tools.
• Ability to motivate, challenge and support learners of varying abilities.
