Archer Resourcing have a great opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the Hospital team in Crawley.

If you are a committed Social Worker, who has experience of working with adults, then this could be the role for you. The dedicated team in Crawley are looking for a hard-working individual who will help to arrange care and support to those who need it most in order to gain independence, to help them live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Undertaking Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity assessments on the ward and in individuals’ homes in order to progress support plans

· Assisting individuals with any care and support that they may need in order to maximise their confidence and independence

· Working in partnership with colleagues to deliver a high standard of social work practice

· Working proactively as a member of the team to make an accurate strengths-based assessment of needs and negotiate and implement effective plans and outcome

Requirements:

· A Degree in Social Work

· Registration with Social Work England

· Experience of undertaking assessments and social work intervention planning, implementation, and review

· Minimum of 1+ years in a previous similar role

· Full U.K. driving licence, as well as access to own vehicle
