Job description

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Advanced Social Worker to join a busy Hospital Discharge Team based in Greenwich. This is a close-knit team with supportive and experienced managers, capped caseloads, and excellent learning and development opportunities.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will manage your time effectively, respond flexibly to service needs, and support the Team Manager and/or Principal Manager. Your duties include participating in the performance management system, including supervision, PAR, team meetings, and service reviews. Following departmental health and safety procedures is essential. You will develop skills through diverse work experiences and contribute to information management processes. Supporting social work students on placement and integrating key council policies into practice, especially multi-disciplinary working and whole family approaches, are crucial aspects of your role.

To qualify for this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK license, have post-qualified experience, and possess a degree or equivalent in Social Work.
