Shift: Monday-Friday + rotating weekends, 3pm - 11:30pm

The Hospital Service Technician is responsible for equipment management tasks within the hospital to ensure smooth equipment flow. The role involves maintaining equipment, ensuring quality standards, and providing excellent customer service to hospital staff.

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in ready condition with all necessary accessories.
2. Communicating confidently with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
3. Performing equipment cleaning, processing, and preparation following protocols.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Customer service experience; hospital setting experience preferred.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.
5. Ability to lift/push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
6. Physical ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, sit, and stand for extended periods.
