Job summary

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust in Pilgrim Hospital is seeking two registered Pharmacy Technicians to join the pharmacy team. The roles cover ward-based, dispensary and aseptic dispensing across general, specialist and critical care areas, with permanent contracts and 37.5 hours per week, including weekend and bank holiday rotas.

Qualifications

• NVQ/BTEC in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
• Evidence of accuracy checking competency, or ability to work towards it.
• GPhC registration or ability to register.

Responsibilities

• Work at Pilgrim Hospital and travel to other Trust sites when required.
• Take part in weekend and bank holiday rotas within the Pharmacy Dispensary.
• Communicate confidently with patients, nursing staff, prescribers and other healthcare staff.
• Support ward-based, dispensary and aseptic dispensing services across multiple areas.
