Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ or C&G Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven track record in Building Maintenance.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant and equipment.
• Maintain pumps, motors, seals and bearings.
• Service AHUs and FCUs including filter changes.
• Carry out plumbing tasks and basic unblockings.
• Monitor BMS systems.
• General building fabric maintenance.
