Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a healthcare facility in North London. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant, pumps, and M&E equipment, working closely with on-site teams and a senior engineer.

The role offers a competitive salary and progression opportunities. The position operates on a 4 on 4 off day shift (08:00–20:00) with overtime available, and is based in a healthcare environment in North London.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-skilled capabilities across M&E and building maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients on site.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance and healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant and components (pumps, motors, seals, bearings).
• Carry out M&E/fabric maintenance and logbook updates.
• Assist with planned preventative and reactive maintenance on site.
• Install/replace hot water cylinders, pipework, boilers; service M&E equipment.
