University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Plumber - Multi-Skilled Craftsperson (Mechanical Bias) to join our Estates team. You will undertake planned maintenance of mechanical plant and carry out general plumbing repairs across hospital facilities to meet agreed response times.

Working across UHDB sites, you will participate in on-call duties, comply with safety policies, and help maintain a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.

Responsabilidades

• Planned maintenance to mechanical plant and general plumbing repairs to agreed response times for reactive works.
• Work across UHDB sites undertaking day-to-day planned preventive maintenance duties and repairs, checks and testing of hospital building services.
• Transparent and safe working practices, complying with safety legislation and Trust Health and Safety Policy.
• Participation in On-Call team covering UHDB retained Estates.
• Cross-site working for maintenance of Trust assets.
